Ok. pół roku temu na ul. Bema w Halinowie zamontowano nowego „leżącego policjanta”. Długa prosta, równa droga (położona w terenie zabudowanym) korciła niejednego pirata drogowego do wciśnięcia pedału gazu do oporu. Niestety krótko po montażu, nieznani sprawcy ukradli ów próg zwalniający. O ile wiemy, nie zostali ujęci. Dziś w godzinach…
