Sobota 24-tego listopada nie była zwykłym dniem dla Halinowa. Tego dnia do miasta zjechało kilkuset tancerzy z całej Polski – w Szkole Podstawowej i Gimnazjum nr.1 odbywał się IV Ogólnopolski Mikołajkowy Turniej Tańca Towarzyskiego. Stawką był Puchar Burmistrza Halinowa Imprezę rozpoczęły występy najmłodszych par – była to godzina 9.00 rano….
